Council sells land for supermarket development

North East Lincolnshire Council wll consider plans for a new supermarket development in Immingham.

The plans would see developer Wellway Properties build a new retail store on the site of Immingham Sports Centre.

North East Lincolnshire Council has agreed to the sale of the land, and will consider a planning application later this year.
